Welcome to the ovHERsight Mentorship Platform operated by Martha Elmore. By enrolling in any ovHERsight program, course, or mentorship offering, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Program Purpose

ovHERsight provides mentorship, education, and guidance designed to support personal and professional growth for entrepreneurs and aspiring business leaders.

All content provided through ovHERsight is intended for educational and informational purposes only.

Participation in the program does not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to business growth, financial success, partnerships, or vendor opportunities.

2. Intellectual Property

All materials provided within ovHERsight are the intellectual property of Martha Elmore and ovHERsight.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Worksheets and digital materials

• Mentorship frameworks

• Program curriculum

• Branding and proprietary concepts

Students may not:

• Teach the material publicly without written permission.

Unauthorized distribution may result in removal from the program without refund.

3. Account Responsibility

Students are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login information. Accounts may not be shared or transferred to another person. ovHERsight reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be sharing access.

4. Community Conduct

Students participating in ovHERsight are expected to maintain a respectful and professional environment.

The following behavior is prohibited:

• Harassment

• Disrespect toward instructors or students

• Disruptive behavior in mentorship sessions

• Unauthorized promotion or solicitation

Violation of these guidelines may result in removal from the program without refund.

5. Mentorship Disclaimer

ovHERsight provides mentorship and educational insight based on experience and industry knowledge.

However, participation in the program does not guarantee:

• business success

• financial outcomes

• vendor contracts

• brand partnerships

• revenue generation

Individual results depend on many factors including effort, experience, and market conditions.

6. Program Access

Students receive access to course materials through the Thinkific platform. Access length may vary depending on the specific program purchased.

ovHERsight reserves the right to update program materials and content at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

ovHERsight and Martha Elmore shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from participation in the program.

Participation is voluntary and at the sole discretion of the student.

8. Agreement

By enrolling in any ovHERsight program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
